When literature student Anastasia Steele goes to interview young entrepreneur Christian Grey, she encounters a man who is beautiful, brilliant, and intimidating. The unworldly, innocent Ana is startled to realize she wants this man and, despite his enigmatic reserve, finds she is desperate to get close to him. Unable to resist Ana’s quiet beauty, wit, and independent spirit, Grey admits he wants her, too—but on his own terms. Shocked yet thrilled by Grey’s singular erotic tastes, Ana hesitates. For all the trappings of success—his multinational businesses, his vast wealth, his loving family—Grey is a man tormented by demons and consumed by the need to control. When the couple embarks on a daring, passionately physical affair, Ana discovers Christian Grey’s secrets and explores her own dark desires. This was my first erotic series. First book was good. Took me a while to get into it but then I couldn't stop reading.
My favorite book is the second one. I loved it from the first page. It's full of erotica, romance, drama and action. I love how E.L. James added some action in this book so it's not only about erotic stuff. It added a fun touch to the story.
The third and last book was okay. It's my least favorite from the trilogy. I felt like the story was repeating it self but overall it was good. I liked the ending.
Some people might find this type of stories stupid and boring but I think you should give it a try because it will give you a glimpse about child abuse and how it will affect negatively on him when he grow up.
